I would…cleanse my palette with bitter leaves tossed in lemony dressings, slurp noodles fearlessly in a light-coloured top, and caper with capers. I would…snaffle brownies and see patterns in melty ice cream nestled on hot crumble, swirl spoons into panna cotta and crack open brûlée, never stopping until I was full, leaving not a crumb nor a morsel, my plate ‘cupboard clean’.
